In the recent months we have all been facing exceptional circumstances which have called for exemplary show of unity, generosity and responsibility.
However, we are now about to experience a restart phase where a pinch of healthy optimism is a must.
Experts recommend that during this coming summer it is still necessary to avoid busy places and crowds. Therefore, minor destinations, small villages, and why not the Masserie of Puglia, represent the perfect holiday solution.
We strongly believe that Masseria Fontanelle can make a significant contribution to all those who need a period of absolute relaxation, leaving behind the difficult times just passed.
36 rooms each with their own outdoor spaces, our cuisine, the swimming pools disinfected with a free chlorine level of ≥ 1-1.5 mg / l, the numerous outdoor spaces, and daily activities: these are our strengths for a stay in total safety, in an intimate, familiar, and discreet environment.
We have therefore put into place all the necessary precautions in order to guarantee the safety of our Guests and staff.
Let’s keep the distance: upon check-in and check-out, dividing plexiglass barriers have been set up to ensure correct distancing. During your stay we will always respect the distance indicated by the authorities and will avoid any kind of gathering within the structure, even by distancing the tables during meals.
Personal hygiene of Staff and Guests: frequent hand washing is the most effective way to reduce the chances of contagion. In this regard, we have increased the use of hand sanitizers with dispensers available in all shared areas.
Personal protective equipment: all personnel are equipped with the necessary protective devices as required by law, allowing being protected while avoiding to become a vector of contagion. Our staff is periodically screened with serological tests for continuous and cyclical controls. During food handling, all kitchen staff are equipped with gloves and masks, and the standard procedures required by the HACCP are performed.
Cleaning and Access to shared areas: we have increased the frequency of cleaning services in shared areas (the reception, the relaxation areas, door handles, shared washrooms, etc.) and we use hospital-standard disinfectants and sanitizers. Access to the indoors shared areas is allowed only by wearing a mask.
Room cleaning: When cleaning the room, housekeepers will always wear a new pair of disposable gloves and a protective mask. After the departure of each Guest, a thorough disinfection of all surfaces will be carried out with chlorinated and hydroalcoholic based detergents.
