The Le Serre Restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, is located on the highest point of the structure. Immersed in the green Mediterranean shrub typical of the Salento coast, its all-glass architecture overlooks the impressive central courtyard of the masseria. An authentic, welcoming, and informal place, where to feel good while savouring the local cuisine.
Cooking is our storytelling of our passions, the expression of our organic garden and that of the surrounding ancient lands, where earth, seeds, water, sun, passion and work produce the best fruits. We grow the produce we use: the tomatoes for the frise, the peppers, the courgettes and their flowers, the fennel and the peas, the chicory, and the turnip greens for the orecchiette… we allow the earth to dictate the menu. For what we cannot produce, we select the best local producers and the excellence of small winemakers, to tell you about our land, its traditions and innovations in all of their various forms.
Some evenings will be dedicated to the Lady of the Masseria, to let you enjoy the authenticity of the “real cuisine”: the one of her home. A unique, exquisitely Salento experience, made of ancient flavours, where the secret ingredient is always love. Before dinner, at her Cooking Lessons, you will learn how to make orecchiette and fricelli, to be tasted at dinner time seasoned with homemade sauces, and the many dishes of our tradition.
